Neural Repair and Rehabilitation Fellowship

The goal of the Neural Repair and Rehabilitation fellowship is to provide the strongest possible early career education, training and mentorship for future neurorehabilitation leaders.  We accomplish this in an educational and mentored clinical and research training environment that promotes strong interactions between basic and clinical research to develop effective interventions to promote functional recovery after CNS injuries, such as brain and spinal cord trauma, stroke and other neurological disorders.

The specific aims of this fellowship are:

  • To provide outstanding clinical and research training and mentorship for clinical scholars in neurorehabilitation
  • To create a community of scholars
  • To prepare physician investigators for sustained and productive academic careers in neurorehabilitation

The Neural Repair and Rehabilitation fellowship is accredited with the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS).

ACGME-certified Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Medicine fellowships are also available.
