Why NRH? I initially became very interested in NRH while researching PM&R programs and was immediately drawn to it. It seemed like the amount of unique opportunities (ultrasound track, research at NIH, continuity clinic), combined with the culture would be a great fit for me. I then got the opportunity to rotate for a month and all my beliefs were not only confirmed but exceeded. Everything from the camaraderie of the residents, to the culture of the program and endless opportunities, down to the official interview day, was exactly what I had hoped for. All these factors, combined with the opportunity to train in an awesome city, made NRH an easy choice.
