Why NRH? Why did I choose NRH? The clear-cut answer is fit. I had the unique opportunity to rotate at NRH as a 4th-year medical student and get a first-hand look into the residency. The program has all of the of resources one looks for in a top-notch rehab hospital, (highly educated, specialty trained faculty, state of the art equipment, fellowship training). In addition to all of these resources, NRH also has unmatched research opportunities with NIH, and advanced high-quality ultrasound training integrated into the program. Furthermore and most importantly, the residents and faculty were the most friendly, outgoing, knowledgeable and extremely educating group I have experienced at an institution. Nowhere else had I felt this connected to a program!
