Dr. Amanda Rounds Selected for the NIH-Funded AIM-AHEAD Leadership Fellowship Program

Congratulations to Dr. Amanda Rounds, Instructor of Rehabilitation Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Center, on her acceptance into the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Consortium to Advance Health Equity and Researcher Diversity (AIM-AHEAD) Leadership Fellowship Program. This NIH-funded program aims to develop leadership skills in the use of AI/ML to tackle disparities in healthcare. Dr. Rounds’ project, titled “Empowering Health Equity through AI/ML: Addressing Health Disparities for Underrepresented Populations with Disabilities,” is one of the selected projects for the program.
