DR. PETER TURKELTAUB WINS NORMAN GESCHWIND PRIZE in BEHAVIORAL NEUROLOGY

The American Academy of Neurology (AAN) is awarding the 2017 Norman Geschwind Prize in Behavioral Neurology to Peter Turkeltaub, Md, PhD, Director of the Aphasia Clinic at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital and an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Georgetown University. Turkeltaub will receive the award during the AAN’s 69th Annual Meeting in Boston, which will take place April 22 through 28, 2017, at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

The Norman Geschwind Prize is awarded to an individual for outstanding research in the field of behavioral neurology. Applicants should have a strong desire to expand the field of behavioral neurology through research.
